Production

The production in Fundiciones Mecacontrol is concentrated on aluminum die casting. We have a vast and modern machine park which guarantees high standard of our products and flexibility in the range of manufactured products. The processing lines are automated and equipped with machining machines, such as sandblasting and shot peening machines, vibratory and grinding machines. Thanks to these machines the parts are free of any kind of flashings, sharp edges etc.

Aluminum die casting

In the process of aluminum die casting, all die casts are made of alloys in conformity with the following regulations: PN-76/H-88027, PN-EN 1676 and WG DIN 1725, manufactured by Idra, Wotan and Toshiba machines. The maximum weight of die cast is about 3 kg.
